Webmail access:
The URL to access your domain email is www.restaurantname.com/webmail.
Login using your domain email address. ex. info@restaurantname.com. The password is what was provided when it was initially setup. If you have forgotten your password. Send email to support@thedigitalrestaurant.com to reset it.
Setup email on Computer or Mobile:
To setup email access on your computer or mobile, login to webmail. Go to “Configure mail client” page. You you find the detailed instructions on how to configure your mail client on computer and mobile phone. Follow the instructions to set up.
Blocked IP due to repeated login failures:
If you are having trouble logging in, the issue could be your IP address is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts.
Go to http://ip.liquidweb.com/ . Note the IP address. Send email to support.thedigitalrestaurant.com to unblock you IP address.
