The steps involved in enabling your restaurant’s push messaging channel are as follows: 

  1. Provide us with the URL of your website, along with the username and password to login to the website. This will enable us to integrate and activate the push messaging channel. 
  2. Once the channel is active, log in to the platform and click on Channels> Push messaging
  3. On the Push Messages page, click on the blue + button to create a new push message. This will open up a new window for you to create your message.


  4. The window will have the features for you to:
    1-Create your Message 
    2-Choose a title for your message 
    3-Select an offer that you want to create the message for 
    4-Select a segment that you would like to target (All users, Active Users, Inactive Users, Engaged Users or Test segment)
    5-Select the Event from the Playbook that you are scheduling the Push message for 
    6-The calendar for you to choose the date and time that you would like to publish the message. 
     The push message has a limit of 160 characters.
