The onboarding process for new clients with the Growth Marketing package includes:

  1. Contract signed and invoice setup.
  2. A dedicated account manager assigned. Account manager introduction with contact details.
  3. Onboarding call scheduled by account manager.
  4. A digital audit conducted and report prepared.
  5. Follow-up call to discuss the digital audit and proposed marketing plan.
  6. The marketing plan is finalized with projects and tasks outlined.
  7. NGAZE platform setup and configuration.
  8. NGAZE access is provided to client and restaurant managers.
  9. Digital assets inventory (Menu, Images, coupons, and promotions)
  10. Launch of marketing campaign.


The onboarding process is expected to be completed within the first 3–4 weeks. That will vary depending on the availability of stakeholders, meeting scheduling coordination, and how quickly our team is provided with the requested information.
