  1. Contract and Invoicing
    The process starts with contract signing and invoicing setup, which formalizes the service partnership and defines the scope of services.

  2. Dedicated Account Manager 
    Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager as their primary point of contact. The account manager will guide them through onboarding, provide contact details, and support a strong working relationship.

  3. Onboarding Call
    The account manager schedules an onboarding call to discuss initial goals, expectations, and any immediate questions, laying the foundation for a collaborative approach.

  4. Digital Audit
    A full digital audit assesses the client’s current online presence, including digital assets, social profiles, and website performance. A detailed report is prepared based on these findings.

  5. Marketing Plan 
    A tailored marketing plan is finalized with clear goals, timelines, and tasks to enhance the client’s digital presence. A follow-up call reviews the digital audit report and the marketing plan, allowing the client and manager to refine the marketing plan according to specific needs.

  6. NGAZE Software
    The NGAZE platform is configured according to the marketing plan, integrating the tools needed to drive results. Once setup is complete, clients and restaurant managers are given access to NGAZE to monitor and engage with their campaigns.

  7. Digital Assets Inventory
    An inventory of digital assets, such as menus, images, coupons, and promotions, is created to support future marketing efforts.

  8. Marketing Campaigns 
    With everything in place, the campaign is launched, marking the start of active customer engagement across channels.


Onboarding Duration
The onboarding process is typically completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on factors such as availability, scheduling, and timely provision of information. This structured process ensures that new clients receive comprehensive support from The Digital Restaurant, setting them up for success as they build their digital presence.
