When a marketing service contract with us ends for any reason, our support team initiates a clearly defined "transition process" to handle all handover activities and ensure a smooth exit without any disruption to your business. This transition process typically takes 2-4 weeks to complete. Once the transition is finished, your account will be formally closed.

Here are an outline of steps of the transition process:

  1. Website hosting
    • If our service contract included design and hosting of restaurant website on our server, the website needs to be transfered to another hosting server. We will not provide hosting after service end date.
    • Website "customization" that includes custom code and widgets installed on website (Customer optin form, rich menu, push messaging, customer reviews, specials gallery, loyalty rewards) will be removed at the end of our service. Note that these custom code and widgets will no longer work once our service is ended and access to NGAZE platform is suspended.
    • Our team will provide the website files in a zipped format and emailed to you. You will need to select a new hosting company for your website. Contact your hosting company to install website files and managing DNS settings to ensure website is active on new server.
    • We recommend that you start the website transfer process at atleast 2 weeks prior to our service end date to allow for enough time for you to test your new website hosting setup.
    • Our team will not be responsible for installation and configuration of website on the new hosting server.
  2. Customer email list
    • Per GDPR compliance, we require the "release of liability" form to be signed and returned to us via email.
    • Our support team will then provide the customer database in csv format to your email.
    • You can then use any other email marketing service to import and create campaigns.
    • Please note that after our service end date, we are not responsible for any customer complaints or fines resulting from improper use of customer database.
    • Our support team will remove all customer data from NGAZE platform after service end date.
  3. Business digital assets
    • Digital assets include food photos, offers and promotions images, logo and files used for marketing purpose during service agreement.
    • You need to download all these digital assets by logging into NGAZE platform and downloading these assets from the media gallery.
    • The deadline for accessing your digital assets is service end date. You will not have access after that date as these will be removed from our server.
  4. Social media and online accounts access
    • Our team was provided "manager" access to perform marketing activies for the business.
    • At the end of service agreement, we no longer require access to Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, etc.
    • You are required to remove our manager access (beheragroupllc@gmail.com account) for all these sites at service end date.
    • Our team is not responsible for any issues that arise after service end date.

It is important to complete the above steps prior to service end date to ensure a smooth transition process and no disruption to business is experienced. Please contact your account manager to any questions.
