Once your profile is set up, you can grant access to a marketing agency or other users.
Sign in to your Google Business profile:
- Use the account that manages your business profile.
Navigate to the user's section:
- Click on the 3 dots in the upper right
- Click on the "Business profile setting" button.
- Click on "People and Access," where you can add, remove, and edit.
- Enter the email address "beheragroupllc@gmail.com" to add.
- Assign a role based on the level of access you want to provide
- After selecting the appropriate role, click Invite to send the access request
- The agency will receive an email invitation that they need to accept in order to gain access.
Manage user permissions:
- You can modify or remove user access at any time through the same Users section in your profile settings.
